You can register by:

Submit your registration online here. Then call the Reentry Resource Center at (408) 535-4299 to inform staff that you have completed your registration.

You qualify if you meet the criteria below:

Are a resident of Santa Clara County
Are currently or formerly incarcerated
or are on any form of supervision (parole, probation, pre-trial etc.)
or have a pending criminal court case
