This Reentry Resource Center dashboard offers insights into the clients who are served at the Reentry Resource Center, presenting data on program participation, needs and services. It includes much as age, gender, race/ethnicity, housing status, justice classification, foster care and others. The dashboard also presents data on monthly updates on the number of individuals engaged in diversion and reentry programs, along with demographic details client needs and services provided to them, such as health care coverage, substance abuse treatment, hygiene kit and food. Users can interact with the dashboard, utilizing features like year-specific filters and demographic categories to analyze trends. This dashboard aims to help users understand the characteristics of the clients who participate in the Diversion and Reentry Program.
DRS navigator dashboard
This dashboard displays information about the navigator caseload for Reentry clients, including the number of clients enrolled each month and their status, as well as client demographic information. DRS navigators help reentry clients navigate the complex service networks by advising them and working closely with them to create individualized plans. Navigators also have flex funding to help clients overcome systemic or financial barriers. Once enrolled into a navigator program’s caseload, clients receive support for several months. The dashboard also shows the types and average costs of services provided to the clients. This interactive dashboard allows users to access up-to-date data and compare trends over time using various features (e.g., filter by year, service provider, demographic categories). This dashboard aims to help users understand the impact and effectiveness of the navigator programs on reducing recidivism and promoting reintegration.
