The Office of Supportive Housing (OSH) provides housing support services to clients at the San Jose Reentry Resource Center.

Come to the Reentry Resource Center at 151 West Mission Street in San Jose to access Reentry and housing services.

Reentry clients are linked to housing support in a variety of ways such as emergency shelter beds, emergency financial assistance, permanent supportive housing, rapid rehousing, transitional housing programs and a housing assessment.
