I serve as a Peer Mentor for the Higher Aspirations program at Gavilan College, while pursuing a degree in Sociology. Life's challenges steered me towards gangs and incarceration. Yet, it was through the transformative power of God and education that I began a journey of purpose and reconciliation with the goal to inspire and guide those in search of hope. In my own life I found that Love is the catalyst that breaks the chains of bondage, leading one down the path of redemption.
