Wraparound services

Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY)

Contractor’s STAY FLY program will provide services, including a curriculum and case management. The curriculum covers topics ranging from police encounters, crimes, substance use, housing and employment to gangs and community, with a focus on cultivating social and emotional development. STAY FLY case management supports young adults as they reenter the community and includes pre-release support, community network building, and court advocacy. Client can be provided services for up to one year.

Eligibility and referral process

• Population Served: YA DEJ participants.
• Probation Officer must make the referral.
